Myself and partner stayed in one of the garden suites which were huge and very nicely furnished / equipped. Plenty of storage for luggage and also a huge bathroom double sink set up. The whirlpool was a great addition to the room and could easily fit 4 adults inside it. The attentiveness of the hotel staff is second to none and the best we've encountered on all our travels. A special mention to the waiter Antonio who made our stay even better. The breakfast in the hotel was good but could be slightly improved in terms of options. The Gala bar menu was exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed every order made for lunch here, a big shout out to the carbonara pizza which was out of this world. The main attraction for choosing the hotel was the pool with the hot summer weather and it didn't disappoint. It was very large and never overly busy with again amazingly attentive staff. The hotel is very well located and walkable to a lot of local attractions such as the Vatican, trevi fountain and Spanish steps. We did use a taxi to go to the coliseum being a bit further which was very easily arranged via the hotel. The hotel also arranged tickets for the Vatican museums for us which was very easy to do via the concierge. We were able to enter the Vatican at the agreed time with around a 5 minute wait to go through security. On the whole an amazing stay and would highly recommend.

Our stay at Villa Agrippina was truly enchanting—a peaceful haven that stands out from other hotels in Rome. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home. Iago at the front desk and Marta the concierge went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect room and knew the best spots to visit in the city. The breakfast was delightful, with just the right variety of tasty options to start our day. The hotel’s garden was a lush, verdant oasis that we absolutely loved. We were also impressed by the state-of-the-art gym, complete with the latest equipment from Technogym and a refreshing outdoor area for weightlifting. Though it's only a ten-minute walk from the bustling tourist areas, the location felt like a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle.

Everything! It is an amazing place. The staff was incredible. Everything was great, but the staff made my vacation. Such amazing people, Italians. I definitely will be back, even though the hotel is a little far from the center of Rome for me. They deserve more 🌟 than what is available. The staff at the reception, especially the young lady (unfortunately, I didn't ask for her name), was very kind. Also, the concierge and the breakfast staff, I really appreciate your service. I have been to many places in the EU, but Italy is the best country in my opinion, and Italians are the best part of it.

The service from the staff was impeccable The gardens were peaceful in such a busy city it was very relaxing returning to the hotel after a day walking the streets of Rome The room service menu was exceptional The lifeguard at the pool was a favourite, very funny and personable The concierge staff went over and above to help us locate a lost item from our previous hotel stay and get it returned to us, so thank you kindly for your attentive service overall

We were very well looked after as we were given an upgrade. Our room was clean, cool and comfortable. The breakfast had plenty of choice. the environment where you sit was fresh and very light. The outside area for evening drinks was delightful and so was the pool and pool area, all very well catered for.
